When will my order ship?
All pre-order items take 1–2 weeks to process before shipping. Once shipped, please
allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

Are your sets true to size?
Yes! Our sets are very true to size with a snatched, body-hugging fit. If you prefer a more
relaxed or comfy fit, we recommend sizing up.

Will items restock after they sell out?
Some styles may restock, but many drops are limited. Once it’s gone, it may not come
back the same — so don’t wait 👀

What comes with my pre-order?
All pre-orders include a special thank you 💕 — a 30% OFF code for your next purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Please
double-check your size, address, and items before placing your order.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our limited drops, all sales are FINAL. If there’s an issue with your
order, contact us and we’ll make it right 💌

All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly by us.
Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery once your order has been processed.
Kindly ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for
delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.
As a thank you, first drop customers (from launch until sold out) will receive a
complimentary gift with their order.

All PrettyRare pieces are made with intention — not rushed.

Processing Time:

Pre-order items take 1–2 weeks to process before shipping.

Shipping Time:

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way 💌
Please make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for
delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take
up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.

 

Return policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the LIMITED and exclusive nature of our drops.
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
HOWEVER, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right 💌
